Jana Ladju is a Partner at Troy Advisory responsible for Media transactions and general consulting.

With over 10 years of experience in the entertainment and media industry, her core competencies include extensive global knowledge in business planning, development strategy, motivation and revenue growth. Jana is an expert in business development, general management and third party acquisitions. She has proven accomplishments in start-ups, established businesses and turnarounds and in particular restructuring of under-performing organizations and projects.

Beginning in 1998 Jana spent 10 years with News Media, a News Corporation business development company in Russia and the CIS. Whilst at News Media, Jana held the positions of General Manager, Board Member of the Radio Division, and Senior Vice President of News Media Ukraine.

Jana left News Media in early 2008 and became Director for Strategy and Corporate Development of News Corporation Stations Europe, a position she held until 2009 prior to founding Troy Advisory.

Michael Akopov is a Partner at Troy Advisory responsible for all Real Estate transactions.

Michael is a dynamic and forward thinking professional with over 17 years experience in international Real Estate consulting, development and investment. Prior to founding Troy Advisory successfully led projects both in London and in Moscow. His core competencies include extensive experience in business planning and development strategy for large-scale commercial and residential projects, working with international and London based companies such as Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle, Millennium Properties and Oakhall Capital.

Michael has profound understanding of the UK and EMEA real estate, investment and development markets, excellent knowledge of such markets in Russia and remarkably wide range of contacts in Russian and international industry communities.
